The 206 Adventure Rack is a rooftop platform rack solely for the 2nd Gen. Honda CR-V. This roof rack was designed by off-roaders and outdoor enthusiasts in Bend Oregon. it is designed to carry roof top tents (preferably 48” - 50”), 5-7 ft. awnings and all other types of overland gear. Our rack will add 2.75 inches to your CRV’s overall height. This low profile design allows for better weight distribution and tighter fit and finish. Currently, our Adventure Racks fit all known tents on the market and use a simple “bolt to frame” method, (no mounting brackets needed). However if you wish use the mounting brackets then go with our 3 Standard / 2 Skinny Crossbars option. All Adventure Truck roof racks made locally here in Bend, Oregon. We offer this 206 Adventure Rack in both Steel and Aluminum. Steel is stronger, heavier and cheaper. Aluminum is lighter, less corrosive and a little more money. Both versions perform great, as we beefed up the gauges on the aluminum version to compete with the strength of the steel.

If you want to get a tent/rack combo for your CRV, we will be selling Tuff Stuff tents later this August on our site. We chose this brand for our 2nd Gen CRV roof rack because Tuff Stuff offers smaller width tents (when closed) that fit well on the roof. They also have different price variants.
