This tent can add 2 crossbars to the top, allowing you to carry mountain bikes and other accessories! You’ll have to unload heavier items before you deploy the tent, (since the gas struts are calibrated). But you can deploy the tent with 40 lbs of gear onto, using strut locks. Also, you are allowed some storage room inside this tent. So you can store your bedding, extra clothes and pillows inside year round!
