We Signed a Rack Production Deal

Adventure Truck has finally moved into production for the Honda Element 311 Adventure Rack! We’ve signed an order for the first group of racks to be produced. The next phase of this process will be to get a full sample from the factory. We’ll mount it on one of our Honda Elements and make sure all the parts fit and work correctly. From there, we’ll proceed with the complete order!

Many of you have been wondering what’s going on and why we haven’t been able to sell these racks. As it turns out, it’s much more easy to make a prototype, than it is to solidify and mass produce a product. All our company’s values are still in tact: The racks will be made in Bend OR with American manufactured steel and aluminum.

Our first run is not going to be a lot of racks. So if we sell out, don’t worry; more will be available soon. We want to test these racks with consumers before we get too far in the process. We need to make sure our instructions and install video is effective. We need to make sure boxing and shipping goes smoothly. So you first rack buyers will be encouraged to document your experience with the rack and let us know if and when problems occur.
